Life Coaching is a \u2018purposeful conversation that inspires you to create the life you want\u2019..\u00a0 Another more formal definition is \u2019a professional relationship designed to assist a client to identify and work towards achieving their personal or business goals or aspirations\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>We have conversations every day.. these may be chit-chats on mundane topics or more meaningful dialogues, for example, where you try to process your thoughts, solve problems or maybe commit to completing a task etc.<\/p>\n<p>Within the 1-to-1 confidential Life Coaching conversation, the coach cuts through the chit-chat and seeks to identify the root cause of client\u2019s issue.\u00a0 A coach creates a trusting environment, listens attentively so that the client feels heard and understood and feels encouraged and motivated to prioritise goals.<\/p>\n<p>Life coaching helps clients to work out their unique gifts, identify true priorities and provides support in eliminating anything blocking them from doing, having and being what they want.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are you ready for change?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Are you totally fed-up with where you are in your life or you may have a nagging feeling that more potential for happiness and fulfilment is out there for you.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t want your life to stay exactly the same, that means change..<\/p>\n<p>You already have everything you need to get started on the process of changing your life. The gifts that you may discover on your coaching journey are ones that you already have. Although you may not yet have recognised them. Intuitively, you realise you are capable of more than you often achieve.
